1. Booking and Reservations

  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon 100% advance payment.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted methods.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • 30+ days before stay: Full refund.
    • 15-29 days before stay: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before stay or date changes during stay: No refund.
  • Child Policy: Stay and meals are complimentary for children below 5 years.
